Как Создать Файл Ярлыка Windows (.lnk)

Создаем форму кидаем Button , добавляем в uses ShlObj, ActiveX, ComObj;
Нажимаем на Button и вписываем код:

      SetWorkingDirectory(pChar(ExtractFilePath(TargetName))) ;
    end;
