This change is part of a carefully planned succession. After more than 30 years of building TMS into what it is today, Bruno Fierens is transitioning from general manager into the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Dennis Roehner, will step into the role of general manager.
From the outside, little will change. TMS remains a stand-alone company, with the same team, the same dedication to customers, and the same focus on building high-quality tools and components for software creators. What will continue to guide us is the strong foundation TMS has built over three decades: reliability, robustness, and community.
That foundation is deeply connected to the Delphi development ecosystem, where TMS has long been recognized as a cornerstone and a technological leader. Our components and frameworks have helped Delphi developers across the globe build and maintain mission-critical applications. Being part of this community is not just history for us it continues to be a living, innovative environment where we see exciting opportunities ahead.
At the same time, we are looking to the future. Software development as a craft is evolving from new technologies to the impact of AI. These changes bring both challenges and opportunities, and we want to make sure TMS is positioned to thrive. Just as Delphi itself has proven its resilience and adaptability over decades, we will keep evolving while staying true to what our customers value most.

Dennis during his first address to the TMS team:

I have great respect for the responsibility of leading TMS into the future. My commitment is continuity, but also growth growing personally, growing our share in the market, and growing into new markets. Customers and partners can count on the same quality and service they know today, while we work to create new opportunities for tomorrow.

Bruno put it best when he said:

TMS has always been about building tools that developers can trust. With Dennis taking on the general management role, I can focus even more deeply on product strategy and technical innovation. Together, were ensuring that TMS continues to serve developers in the best possible way.
